If you’re thinking of climbing Mont Blanc – MTN DAYS can elevate your preparation with our intensive two-day or three-day training workshops.

Designed for those new to mountaineering and to maximise your readiness for the summit, this program focuses on honing your physical and technical skills.

Set in the mountainous terrain of the Lake District, our expert guides will lead you through rigorous training sessions to help prepare you for a summit attempt, including some big days out in the mountains and exposure training on steep and broken ground.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be better equipped with the knowledge and confidence in what’s needed to summit Mont Blanc successfully.

Altitude: Learn about the effects of altitude, how it may impact your Mont Blanc ascent, and effective strategies to avoid altitude sickness.

Alpine weather: How to prepare for the unpredictable weather conditions of the Alps.

Alpine hut use: Understand what to expect when staying in an Alpine hut.
